What is Reiki
“Rei” means Universal and “Ki” means Life force energy. Reiki aims to help the flow of energy and remove blocks that have come into existence through either emotional or physical pain, similar to accupuncture/accupressure. When you come in for your Reiki session, you simply relax on the table fully clothed, and the practitioner uses light touch and hand movements to guide the flow of your energy. Clients have reported feeling different levels of relaxation, peace and well-being as well as instant pain relief or an emotional weight lifted in other cases. These results can in turn, open up your body’s ability to heal.
I first experienced a Reiki session about nine years ago and it changed my views on healing forever. The pain I was having disappeared and that's when I decided to get the training myself. I did so and have been practicing on family and friends for the last eight years. Life changed for me over this last year and I was given the opportunity to open my own space. I am very excited to share Reiki with those who are drawn to it!
Sessions are $50 and last approximately 45 minutes

It is recommended that you schedule your appointment at a time that is convenient for you and allows you additional time if needed. Feeling rushed after an appointment can be counter productive. What is a Biomat and a BioAcoustic Mat
A Biomat is an FDA approved far infrared heating mat that uses three healing components: Far Infrared Light, Negative Ions and Amethyst Crystals. You simply lie down on the mat and let it do the work. The benefits may include: pain relief, accelerated healing of joints and tissue, improved circulation, detoxification, boosted immune system, states of relaxation, reduced stress, and much more!
Sessions are: $30/ half hour Or $50/ full hour
A Bioacoustic mat uses music and vibraton to coax your brain into different states of mind (ie. relax/energize/sleep, etc.). The soundtracks and vibrations encourage healthy neural activity and your body responds accordingly.

What is an Infrared Sauna
A far infrared sauna uses radiant heat to heat objects directly, rather than having to heat the air in between. This means that heat easily penetrates human tissue. It can also run at a much lower temperature than a traditional sauna, making it more tolerable. The benefits of infrared saunas can include helping relieve inflammation, stiffness and soreness, detoxifcation, skin purification, cell health, speed muscle recovery, promote muscle growth, increase metabolism, relaxation and much more. You choose the temperature and duration of time (max 30 minutes), then it’s time to sit back and relax. Towels are provided, but you are welcome to bring your own.
Sessions are $1/minute (15 minute minimum)

I have been suffering for years with leg and neck pain, after my first appt with kay my pain down my leg Diminished incredibly. I could kneel down and my leg did not go numb or Spasm. Amazing! Also, Now i can move my neck without the crunching noise and the headaches are and almost Non existent. It is unbelievable how much movement and feeling I have through my body. Kay is a wonderful healer that offers a variety on non-pharmaceutical relaxation and pain relief options. I originally visited with her about try the Biomat and acoustic mat to relieve some back pain. Middle of winter is a great time to lay on a giant heating pad with layers of amethyst crystals while listening to relaxing music and having the sound waves roll through your body. My next visit was to try Reiki when she ran a special deal. I wasn't entirely sure about Reiki or how it worked, but her energy manipulation helped relieve pain, tightness, and blockages in areas we hadn't even discussed. I love how flexible she is when working with me. I have tried Reiki, Biomat with acoustic mat, and her sauna. All three were lovely and helpful in their own ways. The facility is clean and provides a safe environment. I recommend trying her out if you have been considering any of her options.
